Pixie’s email reader includes attachments sent by your clients. You can select which attachments you’d like to permanently save.

Pixie’s email reader includes attachments sent by your clients. You can select which attachments you’d like to permanently save to the client record by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your Pixie Classic account.

  2. Navigate to your email inbox.

  3. Open the email you want to work with.

  4. Scroll down to the attachments section of the email.

  5. You will now see a list of attachments associated with the email.

  6. Click to preview the attachment or save the attachment directly by clicking on the Save button:

  7. When previewing the attachment you’ll also find a new option to save it to the job or the client:

  8. The selected attachments will now be saved to the job or client record.

  9. The email itself will still be automatically logged to the job or client record as usual.

  10. Repeat the above steps for each email and job or client record where you want to save specific attachments.
