EU: the electronic signatures in Pixie adhere to the EU eIDAS regulations -Regulation (EU) 910/2014 on electronic identification and trust services for electronic transactions in the internal market.
UK: electronic signatures in Pixie comply with the Electronic Identification and Trust Services for Electronic Transactions Regulations 2016 (the UK eIDAS Regulations)
Furthermore, electronic signatures in Pixie come with tamper evidence and a complete and traceable audit trail document, making documents signed via Pixie legally binding.
However, note that not all transactions will suit Pixie's document signing. For example, you cannot use Pixie for signing deeds.
